You must be within 18,000 cable feet or 3.4 cable miles of your local central exchange office to receive EMBARQ™ Business-Class High-Speed Internet.

Computer System
Below are the minimum and recommended PC requirements to enable EMBARQ™ Business-Class High-Speed Internet:

Router
Enables local area network connection to the High-Speed Internet network. The router allows multiple users to simultaneously access the Internet via a single High-Speed Internet connection. The device functions as a full-featured Ethernet router. The DSL connection supports Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) to the local central exchange office and full-ADSL (Asymmetric DSL) service (7.0M downstream).
