Static IP Address
One static IP address is included with Business-Class High-Speed Internet Essential (3.0M) and faster High-Speed Internet speeds. Static IP address means your computer uses the same IP address every time you log on to the Internet. With a static IP address, other Internet users always know the identity of your computer and can easily connect with it. That way, you can host a website, email server, or other type of server connection.
Email Collaboration Suite
The email collaboration suite provides state of the art messaging and collaboration solutions (includes: email, address book, calendaring, web documents etc.) for businesses.
Domain Name Management
EMBARQ will incorporate domain name management capabilities with the collaboration suite. You can use an existing vanity domain or purchase through EMBARQ.

Enables local area network connection to the High-Speed Internet network. The router allows multiple users to simultaneously access the Internet via a single High-Speed Internet connection. The device functions as a full-featured Ethernet router. The High-Speed Internet connection supports Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) to the local central exchange office and full-ADSL (Asymmetric DSL) service (7.0M downstream).
