What are my installation options?

EMBARQ can install Business-Class High-Speed Internet equipment in your office, or you can save on start-up costs and install the service yourself using a self-installation kit.

How will EMBARQ^® Business-Class High-Speed Internet service integrate with my current network?

Once our highly-trained personnel install the High-Speed Internet line and router, you cross-connect them with your customer premises network equipment. We recommend that your on-site information technology professional be available during installation if you have special network needs.

What SLA can I expect for installation?

Your EMBARQ^® Business-Class High-Speed Internet service can be successfully installed within 45 calendar days from the date your order is entered.
