The tariffs on this website are electronic representations of the tariffs that are on file with the state commissions. Users of electronic tariffs should note, however, that such tariffs are not the official documents and users assume responsibility for reliance upon tariffs in electronic format. The Embarq Regulatory Affairs department maintains this site and tariffs are updated at least weekly.
Pending tariffs are updated with the same frequency for those state commissions that require utilities to post them. These states are: CA, IN, MD, MI, OR, PA, TN and WA.
